Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 6:56PM As a property owner in the Willows, you have the right to buy one share of stock in the Willows Beach Association, Inc. This share entitles you to the use of the Willows Beach Association property upon payment of the annual dues. After buying a share and paying all current dues, you also have the right to have your name placed on the waiting list for a dock slip. Contact the Dock Chairman of the association to have your name placed on this list.
The annual dues are due as of MAY 10th. Any unpaid dues will be considered in arrears. If still unpaid by June 1st, the family will be notified that they can no longer use the facilities of the Willow Beach Association. Any docking privileges they might have will be canceled.
Anyone moving into the Willows and joining the Association between January 1, and June 30, will be charged a full years rate. Anyone joining between July 1, and August 31 will be charged 2/3 of the annual dues.
In addition to the present annual dues there will be an initial stock purchase fee, which will be refunded to you if you surrender your stock certificate upon the sale of your property.
