Willow Beach Association Slips

In order to rent a slip from the Willow Beach Association, you must be a member and all current dues must be paid in full. At the present time, there is a "waiting list" for slips.To have your name put on this list, please complete and submit a dock sign-up form.

SLIP RENTAL FEES:

FIRST YEAR 
Initiation fee (non-refundable) $500.00
Yearly fee $ 0.00
Total (first year) $500.00

SECOND YEAR 
Initiation fee (non-refundable) $500.00
Yearly fee $ 0.00
Total (Second year) $500.00

AFTER FIRST TWO(2)YEARS 
Yearly fee $300.00/Yr.**

**(This is a maintenance/upgrade fee and could be more or less depending on the needs.)If the slips are all rented and you have your name on the "waiting list" it is possible to sub-lease a slip from a member who is currently renting a slip but does not intend to use it for the summer. The Dock Chairman must be notified of all subleases and who will be using the slip. 

*** PWC space can be arranged within specific guidelines for $150.00/year per craft. Contact the Dock Chairman for details.

*** Canoe rack storage is available for $10.00/year. Contact the Dock Chairman or the President of the Association.
